Those we wants to order/replace ur order , send in your order by TUE night without payment first... We will be consolidating den send to the supplier by WED. Ater they received , they will check and pack for the stocks, den feedback the refunded ones, den pay the amount available. So, they will first pack den we pay. However, We have credits with them. If we exceed the credits den need to pay.

So once payment sent, they will send here on the SAME day.

Hi, I have finally got a reply from the owner to get things completed. Please send me your order list that you want picked and shipped and I will submit it today for picking and due to our holiday carnival we are closed until Thursday. I will have all that is available picked and shipped to you up tot he value of the credit you have with us. also send me a detailed spreadsheet of the credit you believe you have separated by cost of havaianas received. I will confirm on Thursday and ship what's picked and refund the rest.

UPDATE~

Due to the problems that some wholesale customers have had during the past 3 month due to the leaving of Alan. I have been given permission to "make it up to you".

I will be sending you a refund/credit amount shortly. Once you receive this refund/credit amount you can either decide to use it on a one time purchase of havaianas at our cost. Or have the money refunded to you.

You are not limited to only the value of your credit if you wish to buy more then your credit you may.

For instance, if you have a $1000 credit for items not shipped, you can ask for the $1000 usd to be refunded to any bank of your choice OR, you may order one time as much as you wish from our stock at our cost. You may order $1000 usd or $15,000 usd but it has to be at one time.

As you can see this will be a MAJOR discount sale for only some wholesale customers that had a delay.

We also will be doing the wholesale process a totally new way.

From now on all wholesale orders will be done on our new pricelist sheet and you will send in your orders, we will pick the orders, and send you back what is available to ship. then you will make payment and the day the payment is received the order will be shipped.

If you send us a order and after we have picked it you decide not to order you will not be able to order again with our company, since we will be spending a lot of time repacking your order and cannot have people making $5000 orders and then cancelling.

I hope this clears up a lot of issues outstanding and I will get back to you with your credit/refund asap with the current stock at our cost inventory.

is not that we dont want or scare to update.. we have said many times..we are not scammer.. if we are, why do we even bother to do all this..might as well closed down this blogshop right?
we are busy with all the emails that are coming in..trying hard to get the supplier..
currently, there are no email from the supplier.
but we are working on a tactics with the supplier:
we told them that we are going down to brazil personally to collect. den ask whether will refund the air freight money so that we can arrange dhl to go over to collect. we already have the address in brazil already. arrangement will be done once they reply (:

Hello, I am back from the holidays and have your order going out today. I will be able to get the tracking number and you will be able to track it at www.sedex.com.br on the bottom part of the screen.

Some items were not being shipped these items will be either refunded or you can select from a new list of what's in stock and ready to ship at our COST.

Meaning that the people that did not get their havaianas can now select different ones at a major discount.

Also our owner has stated that you may order again 1 time at our cost.

The order can only be one time and can only be a max of the same amount of flip-flops you ordered last time but this time we will send the total as our cost.

This is for the big problem you have incurred.

Sorry for the long wait.

Btw, i've called the police and gathered some information.
- Wait for the supplier to get back regarding tracking no.
- For those who wanna make a police report doesnt mean can get the money. Report will be sent to court and they will judge. Chances are very low to get full refund from us because we consolidate the orders can sent it on ur behalf.


Anyway, after a chat with one of the sub suppliers, what we intend to do is that if the goods dun reach me by next week, i will refund u half the amount first..Then after that if the slippers reach, then you pay me back. I understand the anger in each one of us so we are now trying to work things out . The $$ , seriously.. dunno how are we going to fork out at least 3.5k to send back to u all. But we will try.

Hi Havaianas purchasers,

Thanks for everyone who waited SOOOOOOOOO LONG!

Currently, we are settling the problem with the supplier now. The current problem is that i've sent supplier many mails but haven got their reply. Cuz the mails i sent was demanding and straight to the point. I expect a full detailed explaination and shipping problem. So he probably need to get everything done before replying. Seriously, like some taggers had said, the problem is not Rockyjunkies, its the supplier. And we(Partner and I) also purchased several pairs. we are the victims too. I've called the police the other time and asked about certain online purchasing questions. The police said that overseas purchasing is not within their control. So at this point of time, since they are still responding to us, why not we see how it goes? They cant simply scam us by telling us the delay forever right?

As for the 2nd batch, i will not be sending to the supplier unless he has an perfect explaination with the delay and shipper's whatever problem. We are also contacting certain blogshops that get the supplies from them. So if our batch dun come, most prob, their's also wun come(cuz we send the order first). Should you have any irritations, anger to be bared, pissed or normal enquiries, please email us. We will get back to you soon.

Sub suppliers, we know you have to answer your customers too. Very sorry. Cuz this problem includes You, Me, Supplier and supplier's shipper. So, its very lengthy.
